I tested how suunto X9 wrist computer works as altimeter on the Multiplex EasyStar nose....

That said, I was (from the end, anyway) collection Altimeter / Barometer / Digital-Compass watches, mainly from the very well done Observer Suunto X-Lander, and very large X6HR Suunto X9 GPS with the Axis and models HighGear Summit and when I found Casio built a model that also offers many of the same options, I knew I had to have it.I wanted the Titanium model, and almost wish I had spent additional $ (which was not really that much extra, by the way), but the rubber strap version is still great and very durable. The initial reaction was a very nice instrument.I am particularly pleased that Casio has gone with a mineral crystal lens rather than something cheaper. It is large (but still smaller than my X-Lander and almost negligible compared to the Suunto X9) but it is surprisingly light and comfortable wrist.I on my own 2 other watches Casio solar energy to pick up a third show that I can enjoy without worrying about battery replacement is more pleasant.
